    Return Policy: Money refunds are not provided for products delivered in perfect condition after the 7 days of delivery of the product. In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details through the provided link. Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated. No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products. Misprints and color differences from website images are not considered damaged products. Items Not Eligible for Return: Orders placed using Store Credit. Customized products. Scrubs, pre-cut fabrics, or fabrics printed on demand. Products bought on sale. Return Request Process: State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages. A return pickup will be initiated within India at no cost. Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn. Store Credit: (Coupon) A store credit (in the form of Coupon) will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email. The coupon will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The credit will be of the amount of the returned products only. The refund of shipping charges varies on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately, the company retains the authority to make the final decision. Customized Products: Customized orders are ineligible for returns. Customers must bear the return shipping risk and provide tracking details for any required alterations. Refund Timeline: Returns take approximately 7 to 14 working days to reach the company. Refunds are processed only after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided to the customer's bank account. The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

  • I received a damaged product. What options can you give to rectify this issue?
    In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can mention about the damaged product on call. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost or email a store credit of the same value to you or can initiate a full refund for the products received in damaged condition.
  • What is your Shipping Timeline?
    Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered and their availability. Fabrics & Sarees take 3 to 5 working days to ship from the warehouse. All clothing products take 3 to 5 working days. All International orders will take 15-20 working days to be shipped. Handloom Products may take longer and you will be informed accordingly Working Days are Monday - Saturday so the shipping timeline does not include the weekend. You will also find shipping timelines written under every product in the description section as well. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you on your registered email.
  • Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?
    Yes, we do offer reverse pickup for eligible items’ returns within India. We do not extend this service out of India. Sometimes, for some addresses, reverse pickup facility may not be available. In that case we may ask you to ship the product back to us and provide a full Store Credit without deducting the additional cost of Rs.100.
  • Where are my tracking details?
    As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes, we do ship worldwide.
  • What are your shipping charges?
    For Domestic Shipping we offer free shipping for all orders across India For international shipping We ship worldwide, Charges may vary depending on the delivery location. Customs and import duty, if any, will have to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, if applicable.
  • What shipping services do you use for International shipping?
    We have an aggregator that allocates the best possible option for the location the product is getting shipped to. Some of the services used are DHL, Aramex, FedEX & UPS
  • Is there plastic in your packaging?
    Yes, the outermost layer is plastic. We are working on finding a better alternative.
  • Where can I check my order details?
    You can view your order details by logging into your account on our website www.weaversaga.in Once you login you will see an option called - My Orders, where you can view all your past orders. Alternatively, a confirmation of the order will be sent to your registered WhatsApp Number & Email after placing the order with valid tracking details.
  • Can I change my address after placing the order?
    Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the delivery address.
  • I have received only a part of my order. Where is the rest of my order?
    Sometimes we dispatch whatever we have ready so as to decrease your waiting time. Also since every product has a different shipping timeline, we may ship the order in batches. To know about your order status you can get in touch via email on info@weaversaga.in or Whatsapp/call -+91 8169166808.
  • How do I care for my products?
    Our garments are like works of art, hand block printed with special dyes with love because of which they might bleed initially, don't worry it's temporary and a part of their artistic nature. 1. Avoid mixing darker tops with lighter bottoms to prevent any unexpected colour blending. 2. If you're planning to show off your new attire in high-sweat zones, we recommend opting for another equally stunning ensemble. 3. We suggest Dry Cleaning but gentle hand washing with a mild detergent will also do the trick. 4. During the first few washes, wash them separately. 5. Skip the washing machine. 6. Gentle dry them inside out in a shaded area. We take great pride in the unique character of our handcrafted products. They may have slight irregularities, but that's what makes them truly one-of-a-kind!
  • Where can I find the Size Chart?
    The Size chart is available for all products. Garment measurements are mentioned in the size chart. We are a size inclusive brand. We make all sizes from S-4XL without any extra charges.
  • The colour of the product I received is slightly different from the images. Why?
    The photos of every product are clicked in different light settings. We try to take pictures in a setting that is the closest to what the product looks like in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of the eye and thus slight colour differences are unavoidable. Since our products are also not machine made in large quantities but in fact made by an artisan and in small batches, each batch could have a slight difference in the shade of the colour due to the human involvement in the process.
  • What if an item is out of stock? When will it be restocked?
    Please sign up for the “notify me when restocked option” which you will find under the sold out item. We cannot give you a certain timeline for the restock. If and once it is restocked you will receive an email about the same.
